Terms & Conditions
1. Parties Involved:
- This agreement is entered into between Lyfeeasy, hereinafter referred to as the "Distributor," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
2. Product Details:
- The Distributor agrees to supply the Client with water jars of specified quantity, size, and quality as outlined in the order.
3. Order and Delivery:
- Clients must place orders in advance, specifying the quantity and delivery date.
- The Distributor agrees to make reasonable efforts to deliver the water jars on the agreed-upon date.
- Delays caused by factors beyond the Distributor's control, such as natural disasters or transportation issues, will not be the responsibility of the Distributor.
4. Pricing and Payment:
- The pricing for water jars is as specified in the current price list provided by the Distributor.
- Clients are responsible for payment upon delivery or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Quality Assurance:
- The Distributor guarantees that the water jars supplied meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
- Clients must inspect the delivered products promptly and report any defects or discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Termination:
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
7. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of this business relationship.
