Return Policy

1. Customers can cancel their order but before their delivery slot starts. All order cancellation during or after delivery timings will come with certain applicable charges.
2. If you have any specific but not listed reason for cancellation, then please contact customer service before delivery slot starts.
3. Company keeps the right to change policy at any given time. So keep a watch on policy updates.

Refund Policy

1. Goods once sold will not be taken back. There will be no refund for the goods delivered.
2. Any paid order cancelled during delivery time slot or on spot will be refunded but only after deduction of applicable charges.
3. There will be no refund or return for damage goods but it will be exchanged. Decision of refund completely lies with the Lyfeeasy management.
4. Any advance payment made to get products at discounted price will also not be refunded.
5. Company keeps the right to change policy at any given time. So keep a watch on policy updates.

Shipping Policy

1. Deliveries are usually free except under certain conditions
2. If your abode is above 2nd floor in a building without lift then there can be applicable delivery charges.
3. If there will be more than one delivery attempt because of customer's mistake then there can be delivery charges.
4. Delivery will be done within the schedule timing only.
5. Customers can change their delivery timing slot at least one hr before it starts.
6. Company keeps the right to change policy at any given time. So keep a watch on policy updates.
