Refund Policy
Goods once sold will not be taken back. There will be no refund for the goods delivered.
Any paid order cancelled during delivery time slot or on spot will be refunded but only after deduction of applicable charges.

Any advance payment made to get products at discounted price will also not be refunded.

Shipping Policy
Deliveries are usually free except under certain conditions
If your abode is above 2nd floor in a building without lift then there can be applicable delivery charges.
If there will be more than one delivery attempt because of customer's mistake then there can be delivery charges.
Delivery will be done within the schedule timing only.
